Any IPB3.0 Pass Cracker? [I have admin control over MYSQL]

I own a site that uses IPB3.0
Is there any auto cracker/mod for seeing a password for users?
(not encoded)

I have heard this is possible, but I am noob at coding, so please help me?

I have admin control+mod control.
Also control over mysql database for IPB3.0 Forum.

well, actually it sounds a little fishy to me, but well, I also needed to crack a user pw hash once...so there is at least a little chance that it's not a malicious request.

but I will not give you a howto, simply google for "rainbow tables"...but I assume IPB3.0 uses salted hashes, so it'll not be that easy to crack them...

They do use salted I think.
I am only using this for one hacker, who hacked me on about three accounts, two times.
