Is hacking on socom 3 for real because i go into rooms and always hear these 4 stars talking about how they are gonna hack another person's name. I've also heard of some sites but havent been able to find the links to the actual downloadable content. Any help would be appreciated and tips on how to not get hacked would be also.

Those people would be script kiddies, Using other people's programs to hack is not hacking itself. So honestly, it's best not to be like those people, lowering yourself to their standards.

Start hacking by learning some programming languages, start with HTML, javascript, etc.

what´s socom 3? an online gaming platform? :?
sounds to me like it´s the same crap that´s going on at yahoo chat, cracking accounts and stuff...... :roll: stay away from such people, they only know how to click on a couple of buttons in a poorly coded VB app, skiddieism as it´s best. to protect you account keep your box clean from malware and use strong passwords (check how much digits are possible and use the max. size, also don´t use real words...best generate random passwords and change them regularly).... :wink:

Damn skiddies, i really miss my dear friends, we called ourselves 'security analysts'.... lmao, wish we were still together, however all good things come to an end, i wonder where all the hackers have gone, nowadays we can hardly find anyone who's got the skills, or maybe i dont know where to look, any idea???

hehe...sit and watch what passes by, that´s how I do it.... :lol:
a couple of really talented and serious people are already part of suck-o, but nowadays almost everyone has a computer and people call themselves "hacker" when they are able to press the button in a yahoo booter.... :lol:

You can't tell how good a book can be by looking at its cover.

More tips on how to make friends in elite places;

1. Go to college. The obvious hacker is the one that stays in the computer lab late, or volunteers to be the lab aid. Hang out with the instructors, not the students.
2. Go to hacker cons, and stay friends with people you met there. I got to hang out with the speakers for some great discussions in the afterglow parties. The idea is to network with people that can get you jobs or skillz.
3. Join a creditable, decently moderated, community on a discussion forum. How much you get involved in your community will determine what you'll get back from it. People that come in here for hand-outs or to make noise get the cold shoulder here. Friends get a warm reception.
4. Advance yourself, you want to fly with the eagles? Get your wings.
