Hey guys i'm new here and having problems figureing out how to use Cain & Abel so if any one has any help on this or knows of any good Tuts it would be great
Also could use some help with telnet i seem never to be able to make a connection to my friends Comp or anyones for that matter and I do try to connect on different ports at the most i get "press any key to continue..." and when i do so the connection lost so any good tips or guides with that would be great also (and i apologize in advance if there is already info on telnet to be honest i didn't take time to search the forum)

use HTtrack do download the site so you can read it offline too....
don't spend too much time with telnet, it's pretty dead because it's unsecure (because it uses no encryption and all data goes through te wire in cleartext) , telnet is replaced by SSH...that's why you often get no connection (it's simply blocked on server-side). if you want to play around a but with telnet look here:

there is a list of places you can telnet to, you can use them to get some experience..
