deleting history

Using a common computer that i share with my father and younger brother. I have to access and speak to certain sites and people and I wish to keep such transactions discreet and private. Therefoe is there any way to totally delete the history and any traces of the websites I visit?

I use winsweep since years, it's also a nice app:

it's shareware, but well....

I also erase the temp-files regularly, simply do it in command line:

rd /s /q %temp%

if you get an error it's because a process is still using the temp-folder, so don't worry. but do this best before shutting down the system, if you keep working some apps might complain because of the missing temp-folder, also no need to worry about because the folder is automatically created again on the next system start.
