ive tried those tut's but they all seem to be a load of crap or i cant understand them

2.You ask for help via email, if we were to help people on email, why would we open this community?
3.You're giving your email address, that means you're never gonna come back here. So whats the point of helping you.

I really hate it when people post their email ids when asking for help? i mean what the hell? Are you asking for help or offering help?
