Well i was testing out "CIA Trojan" and i got a victim to put it on and everything... got there ip [ told them to go to whatismyip.com ] ... and i try to connect but says i time out.. i was wondering.. perhaps i have to open ports on my router to directly connects to them? ..

Maybe his anti-virus detected it and corrupt your server , tell him/her to turn it off first. CIA Trojan? Where'd you download it? Im interested if it has more fun features than rats im using... just gimme da link

No their AV is not detecting it.. they gave me remote access to their comp.. it runs... i switch back to the program try to connect.. and nothing... it "times out"..

Uhmm.. i dont really know about much about that Trojan , much better if you would use Beast trojan instead! it has like email notifier etc. and much more stuff than Trojan CIA.
Most people these days has either a logical firewall in their computer or a broadband router with a physical (or how you spell it) firewall, blocking connections from the outside. Try getting a trojan that is reversed, meaning that the trojan connects to you, because most firewalls doesn't block connections from the inside and out.
