I need Metasploit Tutorial

Hello guys , just wondering maybe some of you know any good sites where i can learn metasploit... i would like step by step tutorial cuz im so new to this stuff.. i would really appreciate it if some of you give me tutorial links.

This tut is for Metasploit 2.2 but i think it's "mostly" the same as the new versions.

get the book Hacking: The Art of Exploitation by Jon Erickson its a deep book, lays the foundations out, its not directly associated with Metasploit, but its a good place to begin, can get it at ThinkGeek or Amazon
