my pc blocking Old and known Rat

my pc keeps blockin' old and known rat such as ProRat , etc
i closed all my av's etc.

i think its the zone alarm but everytime i tried to end task 'em
i get msg like

Unable to terminate Process

The Operation could not be completed

Access is denied.

thats your av it does it to me till i turn it off im useing zone alarm

yep, zone alarm is still running in the background....try to kill the processes in taskmanager, but it's possible you simply can't kill a process because some AVs (at least the halfway good ones) have a self-protection mechanism in case malware is trying to kill the AV processes.

you can also try to disable the AV startup in msconfig, but don't forget to enable it again when you're done...

or just right click on the little z in the taskbar and click shutdown zone alarm thats wot i do
