Bifrost , Shark , PI , Bandook and other rats with reverse connection used to work with my computer w/o my router before.
Maybe i should uninstall the Router @ Control panel? or somethin' else to remove? Any idea? I tried to google but still can't find the answer.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

"Uninstalling the router at controlpanel" ? ^^

Are you sure that your are doing the port forwarding correctly, and that your IP is not changing?

Try with forwarding another port for another service and see if it works.

First of all, I don't understand what you mean by loopback in the terms of a router, please explain that if you can =)

Also, beeing "pretty sure" doesn't mean it actually works....

Test a port by forwarding it, and then make a service listen to it, then use this link to see if it's beeing forwarded correctly

http://www.utorrent.com/testport.php?port=6881

just replace "6881" with the port you need to check

Hmmm you DON'T install a router... in fact you have simply installed something which fetch 192.168.X.1...

So if you want to not use the router... simply plug your modem directly into your computer  .

Yeah that'll work as well ^^

Quick security note though for you Losing_grip. Don't forget to have a firewall on the comp if you are to remove the router.
