Hi, I was jus wondering if anyone has any good tutorials,articles or advice for setting up a virtual network to practice hacking on..eg.what os to setup as well as what teams....Thanks in advance

Yeah, sure I have some. Set up Backtrack as your attacker and DVL as the victim!

yes, download VMware workstation and then heres a couple tutorials

oh.. also i found it better to load the OS as a .iso and you will want to bridge the connections in order for each OS to have their own IP for hacking

LOL(at the last one), ye i hav the vmware workstation and I know how to use it , really i was after what systems to setup and practice attacking, any tuts or articles...cheers

gahhh you son of a B. lol i opened all of those in new tabs and freaked out cuz music apeared our of nowhere! i asked myself, why would some VMWare tuts be playing that shit? lol flipped through my tabs and boom. problem solved. lolololololol
