i need help with changing my ip address how i can change it plesase help me is it possible to change ip address to another country suppose i am in uk and i want to change it to usa hope you got me and yeah everytime i ask for help any of you staff member close my threads

You can't change the IP that your ISP has given to you (that is outside of their range). But you can however, use a proxy server, or spoof your IP, although the later solution would mean that your computer can't receive a response from the host you are sending to.

if you use Firefox best get the tor-button plugin too:

but if you explicitly need a US IP simply look for a US proxy and set it in the browser: http://proxy.org/

That link is pretty much just a bundle of firefox alongside with tor and all the addons one would need. Pretty useful, i've used it in the past.
