those are MD5 hashes, the passwords are not stored there in plain text, they are encrypted:

Again, thankyou. If i had known tha they were MD5, I wouldn't have asked and would have searched the forum for such. I'm still new to all these different languages and encryption methods and encoding. Binary and hex and dec...etc. Obviously an experienced eye was all it took to recognize what i was asking.
