I am not sure if there are full blown construction kits around like they have been in the prime days of trojans like 15 years ago, what comes pretty close though is Dr0p1t: https://github.com/D4Vinci/Dr0p1t-Framework

Is there a specific purpose you are trying to achieve?
Then maybe we can easier suggest resources for you : ).

There are loads of good resources out there today and if you want to learn more about penetration testing then you can take a look at frameworks like metasploit, CobaltStrike, och PowerShell Empire.
