Directory Scanner with predefined set of rules and filenames

I'm looking for a directory scanner with predefined sets of rules:
(e.g.
http://i57.photobucket.com/albums/e21/xusername/Picture["00"].jpg

which would result in:
http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e81/x ... ture01.jpg
http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e81/x ... ture02.jpg
http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e81/x ... ture03.jpg
etc.)

and a file of predefined filenames:
(e.g.
xxx.jpg
xxx.jpeg
nudes.jpg
nudes.jpeg
etc.)

P.S., I've searched for this before and have still not found a viable application.

-Socket
-String manipulation
-Write them as link in an html file

Try searching for a "web crawler" as thats what you want, Web Pirate is one such tool.
http://www.webpirate.us/ Try to find an older version of this software as it used to be freeware, but now is a free-trial, and $20.

When I searched for web crawler I found many other links, maybe you can find a good web crawler and write a quick tutorial on it
