simply use the good old calculator that comes with Windows, pick "scientific view" (or whatever it is named in the english version

), and there you can convert decimal into hexadecimal.
so:
208 in decimal = D0 in hexadecimal
add 0x to show it's hexadecimal format = 0xD0

all this 12/24 hour time format conversion, then metric/angloamerican....time to create our own standards...

I mean, in the NATO all armies use the same time (z-time or zulu-time)...I think I'll really put a clock on the site with the official suck-o time....

I know I do. And binary to hexadecimal and reverse is easy. I love writing in binary ascii in class, then when somebody looks at my writing they're like "WTF?". On my last math test, all I put was "kinda tough" in binary ascii. The test was optional anyway.

but what's the official suck-o time? zulu time? time where the server is hosted? or is the server hosted in zulu time?

um, I think we simply use the server time..which is GMT +2:00
