simply use the good old calculator that comes with Windows, pick "scientific view" (or whatever it is named in the english version ), and there you can convert decimal into hexadecimal.
so:
208 in decimal = D0 in hexadecimal
add 0x to show it's hexadecimal format = 0xD0
