Another MD5 Question

I have a question similar to nunomer's regarding md5 hashes.

I used the program from www.loginrecovery.com to copy the hashes off of the target computer. Then I tried to use ophcrack to "decrypt" them. My problem is, the loginrecovery program rips the hash in a weird format, that is meant to be used with their online service. When I go to load it into ophcrack (using single hash, or pwdump file) it doesn't recognise it.

Here is one of the hashes from that computer, in the format it was ripped. Can anyone please tell me how to get ophcrack to accept it?

The hash looks like this:
