I want to create a virus that can't be deleted but I don't know how. If you know the answer, please reply me.

Right, well there is nothing that is impossible to delete, but you can still make it hard. If you don't want to learn how to really build malware, then the only way for you would be to use some sort of virus builder, which is useless usually because they are always detected by AV's in no time and doesn't have many options that you would have any use of anyway =)

If you do, however, want to learn how to really build an application (in your case malware) you will have to start of like everyone else. Learn a programming language. And since this has been taken up for discussion so many times now, I will do what G-Brain did before, and give you the link to the on going discussion.
