Nha, it's not easy as point&click . There is no software where you just enter the website and then you have total control. Else you would have seen it in media and google and big site of these would have been deface.
The thing is when you want to attack a website, the part where you scan and gatther the information is crucial. If the website use a *old* Apache server, then you can try to get the banner of this service by connecting directly to it with telnet by exemple. When you do this, you get most of the time the Apache server version and bingo.
Get on a website about security like:
http://www.securiteam.com/
http://www.packetstormsecurity.org/
http://www.securityfocus.com/
And try to find a exploit about the Apache server of THAT version. Usually you'll find some. However, don't forget that *good* administrator keep patching their stuff so people like you can't attack their website

So if you want to be able to attack everything, you need to learn how the service(like in this exemple is the Apache server) and then find a way to exploit it on your own. This way, the exploit you will found would probably not have been published and then your in buisness.
So now you found a bug to exploit? You have three choice:
1. Post a arcticle with the exploit on a security website(Considered as WhiteHat)
2. Contact the manufacturer with the bug(if the version is brand new, else just contact the admin to change version) and if they don't do anything you can(if you want) do small attack so they can take your email seriously.(GreyHat)
3. Attack the website, gatther a lot of email/creditcards/Social number/etc..(BlackHat)
But from there you'll need to learn a bit of stuff. Hope this help

don't bother.... think how annoyed youd b if some1 hacked your site. even if there is some ass otu there who is beign such a noob that you think they deserve their site hacked (like ppl who steal alyouts and watermark other ppls images) they still dont deserve to b hacked... just call the police on them or contact the internet crime squad (if the stuff they stole was copyrighted, im used to takign action caus everythign i make on the web here in Scotland is automatically copyrighted to me) plus. if theyr using cpanel it is impossible to use a program just to hack their site (unless its a keylogger and u get their pw & stuff)

ummm...anyone noticed that this is a website too? 
destroying stuff that other people built is nothing but antisocial behaviour...the only exception I would make is when it´s a childporn site, and even then it would be stupid because by this illegal action you would turn all evidence into nothing. and it´s like Bozebo said, when you damage property of others you don´t have to complain afterwards when the owner sues your ass (believe me, I would sue, and everyone who takes this stuff at least a little serious would too).
better learn how to create stuff, makes much more sense....

im glad u agree with me, usually ppl make a weird lame reason 4 me to b wrtong ... i reckon ppl like the ^_^ faces 
edit: not only childporn sites should b hacked.... so should racist sites like ehm... natzi sites.. (sorry i couldnt not say that) lol ehm...... thats kinda weird me saying that but hey.... kinda a joke

hmm you said bank accounts i've already heard about it and can you say me where can i download software for that and can you say me where can i download software 4 somekind of bots i don't realy know but it is for cleaning your tracs and cops can't get you cuz they are following those bos?I don't realy understand that thing with exploits cany you tell me something more?
