Heh, you don't necessarily 'decrypt' the cookies, they're on your computer already, you can just visit the sites they are for and log in as that user :P.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It works on my machine...

well, could be that the information is the cookie is the SID or something like that, so it is already decrypted and the info in there is pretty useless, or the cookies are from an SSL session. in this case decrypting will be real hard because SSL-encryption works with public/private keys and is very hard&time consumpting to crack (I´m talking about YEARS)...

As gogeta70 said, if you know which site the cookie belongs you might be able to access that site and view its contents.

Your Cookie settings option-thingy in your browser will give you a text display about the cookie. Use that to find the website.

The other stuff (like what you posted) is pretty much useless on your end. In its current form, it isn't a code, it isn't even something you can search for in Google :) So then it must be something from the server (of the site in question) which is involved with tracking, authentication, etc etc. Stuff like that is encrypted, and depending upon the encryption (my guess is something good/decent), would be the ability to crack it.

You can find out what each aspect of a cookie does, how it works, can you spoof it? Write a script?

What do you want to do with it anyways?
