have you disabled your firewall? and it wont even connect to your local host when you run it on yourself? or maybe do you receive connection-attempt? if not there is maybe a problem with portforwarding. maybe you are behind a router from your isp?

haha im no expert but i think you can go to 196.168.1.1 or something and it brings you to your router setup or wireless not positive again haha but then there should be a section in advanced setting with port forwarding and try that. also if your on a laptop ive had problems before on mine too. and have you tested the server on yourself and do you run no-ip while doing this?

haha well try it on yourself first uncrypted and unbinded some of those can cause a problem, but a lot of times the problem is with port forwarding and the isp

192.168.100.1 i tihnk it goes for your modem or router i forget which and then you need to configure forwarded ports in advanced settings, (i may wrong haha) and there are some websites to see if your port is forwarded
