windows SQL server info

So I just got a job where its imperative that I learn everything there is on windows SQL 2012 and was wondering if everyone could impart some knowlage, give me links to sites I can learn from, tutorials like cbnuggets maybe, anything and everything would be appreciated.

There are loads of tuts on SQL Server 2008, so you could start by learning that, and then just learn the "improvements" they made to 2012.
