try a system restore to before the problem began

then play with it a bit,
try to make it crash the same way as before

if it doesnt crash as before then thats good

then reinstall the new programs one at a time
and again try to make it crash as it did before

if it does crash, read the requirments for the programs
cause i know that photoshop takes up alot of resources on windows

also if it does crash, re-post in this topic exactly what happen, what program you were running, if you were running multi-programs, etc. (details)

0x0000000F is a Windows 2000 only error so i have no clue as to why you'd get that. its a SPIN_LOCK error... humm?

the other two are memory access viloations, most likely.

the next error you get, take down the HEX number, like the one you gave
"0x0000000F"

i cant remember the exact way to do it, but theres a way to force clear DLL files out of memory after thier done being used.
I've used a program called Advanced System Optimizer that might fix your problem.
google it for the shareware download

ok, load the program
go to System Optimizer>Windows Optimizer>System Performance #1

There should be a check box to "Unload DLL Files ......"
check that and see if that help

remember to wirte down as much info about the error for me and repost it

Good luck
