Don't bother brute forcing a password on a windows box... instead, try booting into safe mode, it only runs hte most necessary services and apps.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It works on my machine...

There are a number of password recovery tools available but can't even begin to say which is what. Here's some info

As far as your this program SHUTDOWN. Who knows? Whats the complete name of the program? Who makes it? Don't they have a support section. there are a plethora of these kind of programs. Some free, some shareware. Why don't you just delete the program and move to a different one?

well evileye Do What Gogeta70 Said Then Look For The Shutdown Program In MSCONFIG. If You Find It Disable It Then Logon Into Normal Mode And Find The Program And Delete It Good Luck.
