Interesting XP message

I got an interesting message when emptying my trashcan today :/

K, so first i click empty trashcan, then just after i clicked "Yes" on the message, i clicked outside the window BEFORE it disapeard.... then i noticed that the trash wasn't empty..so i opened it..and it WAS empty, then i right clicked on it again and clicked empty trashcan and i got the message (think it's something like this in English) "Can not read from source disk". After this i clicked once more...and got a new message..the one below

Translate: Do you want to remove WINDOWS?

did you clicked yes or no???? im curious to know if you can format your box from the recycle bin
