Windows time is going fucking insane. In 1 day, it goes 10 minutes in front of the right time.
I'm clueless, really. I tried to synchronize with time-a.nist.gov, but it's only a temporary solution.
I really don't know what this can be due to.
Win Time going way too fast?

hm, well, this is most likely a hardware (mainboard) problem...I have completely disabled the time sync service and the clock is maybe +1 minute in 1 month.
if the time would be "too slow" it would be most likely the BIOS battery, but when it's "too fast" there is not much you can do except to increase the time sync interval.
you can do this manually in the registry:
the key is:
the interval is set in seconds, the default is 604800 (7 days).
or you can do it the comfy way with this app:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_inet_time.htm
the shortset interval you can with this app is "every hour", so if you want a shorter one use the manual method.
