hey guys.
i was checking some themes online for window 7 x64,eveything was going fine until i downloaded this shitty Automatic Theme Patcher from this website http://www.sevenforums.com/themes-style ... final.html
when i excuted the exe application a window popped up saying you have 3 dispatches blah blah dont remember and said to patch the 3 problem it did asked for restart after the patches and after the restart few more windows popped when i was in login screen sayin problem in theme.dll somewhere in C drive (popped up 7 or 8 times),after logging in nothing whole desktop was blank,i went in safe mode to fix the problem but the same problem occurs there too..i got online using ubuntu live disc and posted topic i have some important files in documents directory i.e html files which took 16 days for me to work on
any idea wth is going on...
Edit:i got it whats the problem the stupid patcher replaced my orginal uxtheme.dll,themeservice.dll,themeui.dll file which are located in windows/system32 so inorder to fix this i need to replace my orginal file back. tried repairing method but failed so i guess i have to download these three files and replace them back i am tryin to get them from online but no luck yet if anyone of you gets it please replay
thank you
