I am getting this error every time I start my PC.
autochk program not found skipping autocheck
And because of this, I can't boot up my PC.
The only way I see it is to format my HDD, which obviously I don't wanna perform.
Any other suggestions on removing that error?

I found some info on the subject:
Looks like the problem might be that your system partition is flagged as "hidden NTFS", so you have to change it to a regular NTFS. If you have a second computer you could move the harddrive into that one and run a partitioning program to do it. Another option would be to run some partition software from some bootable media, as they seem to have done in that thread.

yep! you can also use the gparted live CD to edit the partitions:
