a friend of mine bought a processor once of ebay 200$ and it didnt even work id radther pay a little more and buy it from a shop and then i am sure thats it is going to work

Thats tough luck he got there.
I hope He reported the seller and maybe...got his money back :?
I am still quite trustful towards ebay tho. majority of the stuff are legit, but a minority of it is wether broken/stolen... When this happens, just report the seller
