is there any good software that optimizes the memory because myin is gone down to 90mb free available mem.

hm, how much RAM do you have, and how much virtual memory is assigned?
it makes a lot more sense to disable unneeded processes than using a "memory optimization" program, I've tried a couple of such apps when I only had an old Pentium2, but none of these apps increased the system speed in a remarkable way (most of them even slowed it down)....
