PAL standard on TVs outside europe?

Post by bad_brain »

in europe PAL is the TV standard like NTSC in the US. but most TVs and DVD homeplayers support NTSC...now I wanted to know if this is also working in the opposite direction: is your TV supporting PAL if you're from a "non-PAL" country?
the reason of the question is in context with the upcoming "new header graphics for suck-o" contest, I have a cool prize for the 1st place in mind but it's PAL only (there seems to be a NTSC version too, but I can't find it anywhere)... :?

Mine can't so I had to convert a pal to a NTSC and the result is really clean and working. Just follow these steps:
