for a start this may be called something else in other places but basically what it is, is a cable receiver box thats had linux installed then the cards flashed so that the receiver is open to more channels.

my problem is this.... a friend of mine has 1 of these and ive been after 1 for ages as i only have another type... mention no names and has said i can have this box for £50 ( id pay £150 lol) if i can reflash the card its worth it.

so can any 1 help me maybe the box itself will need reloading with linux and u will need to tell me what i need to flash the card and il get it all straight away
