Try reseating the memory, HDD cables, PCI cards...

A simple search returned this for BIOS POST BEEP codes.
1 long neverending beep

Memory error. Bad RAM. Replace and test

0k ,
What I usually do when I get a bad post is remove every thing off the motherboard except CPU, CPU cooler, and RAM then I try to POST it. If i get a good POST "1 short beep" ill add something else making sure to add one thing at a time continuing the rebooting. This will usually isolate the faulty device and 9 out of 10 its a wireless card or Graphics card. If the CPU and CPU cooler with RAM gets me a bad POST then its time to replace them with known good parts.

Good luck and keep us posted. No pun intended
