ewww....that sucks....but if it's just soda there is a good chance that it will work again after it dried, if it's lemonade you usually have to disassemble the whole keyboard.... :?

I've spilt soda on my keyboard like 4 times, and it never stopped working... how odd that a dell keyboard is so tough :P

Anyway, you CAN clean your keyboard, just take a picture of it before disassembly...
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It works on my machine...

The way i normally clean a key board is to turn it upside and make a nice big fat one out of the remnants

I recently bought my self a new one. I payed some thing like 18 euros. They really do not cost much unless you want to get some thing really specific. I may buy several next time just in case some accident happens.
We will either find a way, or make one.

yea keyboards are cheap. You should just go buy one.

If you want to clean it yourself:
The electronics inside should be isolated from the top part that has the keys. You want to keep this part dry. You can use water to flush the keyboard out before the pop dries! If you wait until the pop dries - forget it.

Use rubbing alcohol after you use water to flush it - alcohol is hydroscopic and will displace most of the water faster.

Keep these parts dry.

here you go.. you will never need a keyboard again

its a onscreen keyboard.. allthough you may get tired of pointing and clicking on each keyboard character

go with the 5-10$ walmart ps/2 keyboard
