So,I have a nack for destorying laptop power adapters.

After destroying my seocnd one..it seems that the cord always starts to get weak at the box that holds all the capacitors..etc. Anyway, I finally said fuck it and didn't care if I broke my laptop trying to fix the cord, I cut the cord apart, spliced the wires and then soldered them back to the male adapter that goes to the female ac adapter of the laptop. I plugged it back in, and bamo..it works. Feels good as this is probably my first 'hardware hack' really..and I have been without a laptop for about 2 months now, which sucks. Now I can do my own work...at work.
