U changed the location ?? U mean u changed the sata port of your HDD and it worked ??? Okay, someone explain it to me now that how can THAT be a driver related error. It's not the drivers. And for crying out loud would you post the configuration of your computer ?? What is the operating system ?? It's important.

And you say u got a beep what kind of beep ? Are you aware of the POST beep codes ?

No, it just worked for the time being, when I changed SATA location slot. I didn't try later. When it worked, I heavily formatted and then it worked.

I got 3 beeps. As ur link is saying.

1) I always get a beep when I start my PC.
2) I got a series of beeps when I removed my RAM and checked.
3) I got 2 beeps when I removed my HDD.
