I made a solution for this problem.

I made 2 batch files.
1st file contains ipconfig /release
2nd file contains ipconfig /renew

And I put them in startup of every user. Its working with this method.
Can anyone pls explain why this is happening?

I have proper drivers installed, but not able 2 access directly. I had 2 make those 2 batch files.

You can can put both commands in a single batch file separated by a newline (Enter). The problem is not your drivers like you say. You just have to configure your NIC to get an IP address using DHCP on startup (which is what the above commands are supposed to do, if memory serves).

I found 1 more solution on this.
I downloaded 1 gadget, called "network meter..."
It has many options as IP Lookup, Refresh external IP, Refresh internal IP, copy IP, etc..

I just click on Refresh external IP and then my net starts working...
This is better than those batch files, lolzzz....
