I like advanced circuits. http://www.4pcb.com/

Surveillance is another word for eavesdropping.

What I did is inserted a small circuit board that I designed. It contained an LMX9830SM/NOPB and a multi-core microprocessor that recorded sound from a microphone (condenser) and stored it on a SD card. Some of the parts were hijacked off of the DVD player as in the linear regulator.

To repair the DVD player all I needed to do was replace the capacitors that had been worn out. This is very typical on computer power supply's, monitors and other power regulation circuits. See, most capacitors are rated in hours and if you buy from China they have a short life expectancy. Take a look at the link for an example of caps and hours of operation.

Here is a link for the BT module.

Sounds good. If you want me to look over your schematic before you send it over to get a board made I would be happy to.

I look forward to the questions.

I will post the schematic.

sounds good, throw me a good address I can send them too. I'm not sure which one is the schematic, whether it's the gerber file or the PDF that shows all those electronic symbols I swore I'd pick up lol.

All told I have about 1 MB worth of files, including the firmware for the finished product.

I looked, but can't find a way to add the attachments. When i get a minute I'll try to convert them into a graphic and then link them through photo bucket.
