CCNP Certification

Peace everybody,

Just got my CompTIA Net+ today. Any idea on where I can find some good tuts on the CCNP. I have no routing experience with CISCO, so Im looking through some intro tuts and I'm going to take the CCNP when ready. Any help would be great. I hope this is the right place for this post. If not apologies and please let me know the proer place to post.
