okay .....
and you are pretty sure that you cannot do anything at all with it?
cause i have had the same problem as you have now.... the only thing i did was to re-install the windows system.... and i do not think that is the most correct thing to do..... but i cannot se what other options you have.... but re-install or repair the windows boot up system... and i assure you that when you are about to repair it you do not lose any data ....

hmm, what OS are you using? or version of windows? have you installed any new hardware? i see you just installed Diablo II and its expansion, there may be a conflict with that and some graphic drivers, thoi dont see how you could get to task manager...try booting in safe mode and uninstalling the diablo software...did you buy the game or d/l from a site?

To get into safe mode, when the computer start press something like F8 or F2(can't remember and too lazy to reboot) then choose boot in safe mod.

By doing this, your telling your comps that it will start with only the *necessary stuff*. Then you can do whatever you want(uninstall). If you have more crap in your comp, get Hijackthis and paste the log here so we can try to figure out if it's cause by a malware.

Hope this help :)

yeah, boot into safe mode, run Hijack This! and post the log, without some more information it´s very hard to say what causes the problem.

you can get it here: http://80.237.140.193/downloads/hijackthis_199.zip
