Inject a dll into exe beeing a mitm

Hi all,

I want to inject a dll into a Portable Executable file (exe). I want to perform this while the user is downloading it (I'm using ettercap to be in the middle...)

im a noob to so bare with me:

This is not possible, what u want is to inject a DLL into the file?. 1 u send a .exe file that is compiled ( if compiled u cannot adjust the code ) So I assume you made the .exe in such a way it needs the DLL to work?.

so why would u inject a DLL while transfereing the .Exe?
