Where do I find what version BIOS my motherboard has?

Where do I find what version BIOS my motherboard has?

I have the EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra motherboard, but I don't know which BIOS update I have. Where do I find what version BIOS I have?

should be located with the information when you start your computer, where you can access your BIOS by pressing f1 or DEL, or even within the BIOS itself
