[Solved]Printer Policy Problem

EDIT: Solved, i logged in as domain administrator and reinstalled the printers, did the trick ^^


Ok, so I am at work atm. And i just re-ghosted 3 computers with an image that was already on the server.

The problem is that when the users try to print something, they get the following message, "There is an active policy that prevents you from accessing the printer. Please contact the system administrator"


Now i haven't encountered this problem before to be honest, and it wasn't me who made the image file for these computers so i don't know about any policy.

I checked the policies in the policy manager and it doesn't look like they are the problem causing it.

Note: There are 12 printers and only 1 of them work, and it's only on these computers so it's most likely the image that is at fault.

Could someone help me out? ^^ it's pretty urgent
