Then, if you still wanna go for it, learn a programming language (My advice, at least Python > Perl > PHP). Learn about local file inclusions, remote file inclusions, cross-site request forgeries, cross site scripting, etc.

Then move on to something like C++, C, ASM, totally depending on what it is that you want to do though...

well, many people here don't have english as native language (me included), so we're not too sensitive about bad grammar....it's enough to try at least, but writing the "hacky" way is not really recommended because it's annoying to read...and people don't take you serious....

in addition to what G-Brain wrote I would recommend to get familiar with Linux....you can learn a lot by simply setting up a Linux box and using it.
