If you use a pay as you go phone just go and buy a new sim card. If its a pay monthly then ring your service provider and ask them to change the number.
The only qualm i have about the post is there is a right way of doing things for one. We do have a Irc room for chatting about anything you want. The boards are where any visitor can come and read what is posted on them. As this is a 'hacking site' what type of people do you think visit and maybe read the board.....who knows. Guess what i'm trying to say is would you go and tell the police that you were going to commit a crime before you had done it. Would you provide evidence of your plan and show them the details of how you did it?
Anyway the site seems to be down....good luck
