Every time I try and purchase something on paypal it says "Authorization Failure"

What does that mean? and how can I purchase stuff when this happens?

it probably means ur using some ones elses acc,or mistyped the account

Paypal recently got a new system.

This system is to validate the bank account you use. so please verify the bank account first. if you dont do that then u wont be able to make transactions or receive them!.
