Well, i found one thing that i liked about Vista, the sidebar. It's pretty fun to play with. But, it's a resource eater and only works good for Vista.
So, i was checking around and found this ^^

Really good sidebar =) using it atm on the XP machine, gonna try to find something cool like it for Linux as well.

It doesn't work in Vista (no use having it there anyway)
There are modifications so that you can use the Vista sidebar with XP, but it's really bad and hard to get rid of (i heard)

im not a big fan of the desktop sidebar, its to big.
I am using Aqua.exe right now which is something like a mac menu that u can place on whichever side of the screen you want. ( will post screenie later)
You can add programs to it if you want.
