KDE vs Gnome

whatever the default is. so my is gnome. i think KDE is more difficult to configure than gnome. i even tried fluxbox. sall good

matter of taste imo....Gnome is using a little less RAM than KDE, but when having a decent amount of RAM (>1 GB) it don't really matter.
simply try both and pick the one you like more...
