Ventrilo Administrative Exploit

Does anyone know of a way to force administrative control over a ventrilo server? If I can just get full access to the user editor thats perfect. I've been searching around and all I can find are lame DoS attacks. Anyone know a working exploit for the current version 3.0.3?

Just a warning, you can't directly ask for an exploit.

Let me change my question slightly, does anyone know how and exploit would work to gain such rights as in not the exploit code but more of the manner of how it works?
