Vent proxies?

So I used to use socks 4/5 proxies with vent all the time (using proxifier or freecap or whatever) and now it just doesn't work

As soon as it connects to the ventrilo server, it disconnects. Doubt anyone will know the problem, but it's worth a shot asking.

Well, maybe the ventrilo (or the proxy server) server detects proxies and blocks them? Or maybe the proxies you are using just happen to suck ^^

The proxies work, I've tried em with other programs, and it's not the server I don't think, because there not working on ANY server.
