First of all allow me to show my appreciation to all those who have helped me.Thank you family for real! (you know who you are, to name a few bad_brain, mo2332 (sup padre) floodhound and the rest of you, thanks mann).
Alright now that that corniness is over, allow me to make a request and get some info...
As you already there are a few books that I want to advertise. Allow me to be so bold as to ask how to go about doing advertising the books on myspace. One female that I have been communicating with on myspace has her myspace page in a way to advertise herself and her works, check it out:
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... iendid=710 46087/
Allow me to be so bold as to ask, how can something like that be done for the books that are been sold and to make myself look professional through my myspace page.Basically, three myspace pages will do well for this project, one for promoting the books, one to make my page look professional and one to advertise my site and my services.Feel good enough to let me have some information on this.
Humbly Thank you.

Nerd I agree 100 percent. MySpace is for kids or at least it is in my opinion. Web sites cost total of 5 dollars a month at most. Go to www.godaddy.com and take a look. Setting one up can be an easy task and you'll learn while having fun.

yeah, anyone can set up a myspace site anonymous, so potential customers will not trust it at all...I mean, would you buy stuff via a myspace site from a person you can't even get the contact data if needed?
register a domain, it's just about 1 buck/month....when done feel free to contact me, I can make you a special offer for a 250mb webspace for example (which is really enough for the start). makes much more sense because then you have all possibilities to create a site that is really unqiue and professional...

Damn, you guys shot him down 2 in the chest, one in the head i guess...
Ok dr.c, what these guys say is true. While myspace is easy to set up, and provides a friendly user interface, it does not serve as a means for good business advertising. As said above, the users of myspace have a decent amount of anonymity, and most half intelligent people see it as a childish social website.
The best route to go is to have a small, but dynamic website made for you and have it hosted on a web-space with a purchased domain name.
I can see you're dedicated to this project and that's good. However, going the cheap route to advertise is not. Your potential customers judge you by the effort you put into your ideas. Good luck.

Thank you everybody.Shooot, don't hold back or sugacoat nothing, the truth is still the truth so bring it all the time no matter what.
Reason that this idea was but forward is that, myspace is still a source of interaction. The commercialism behind it can still get products noticed but I digress.....
